Hi Simon... I'm unsure what you are asking? You've stated that you need 240v. These motors come 120v or 240v. No transformer needed. Cheers -Jim-

Good morning Si... I use gear motors, 110v, and I wire in an hour meter and a circuit breaker. Here is one of the gear motors that I use. I purchase many of my drive components at ServoCity. Cheers -J
